Come and meet our friendly Customer Service Team, as they bring the Council’s services right to your doorstep.

As part of improving the way we engage with our residents we are getting out into the community.

The visits will help people overcome any barriers with travel and geographical isolation, allowing our residents to access the Council’s services however they choose to do so.

Why not call and see us with your enquiries, we’re always happy to help if we can, or just come and have a chat. Check out the dates/times below to find out where/when we will be visiting. We can help and advise you with:

  • Creating an online account to access self-service online giving you 24/7 access to the Council’s service.
  • Support in signing up for bin day reminders to your email address.
  • Help with registering for Elections or receive a postal vote.
  • Requests for assisted bin services, missed bins, bin repairs.
  • Help with foodbank enquiries.
  • Concessionary Travel Passes.
