The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) requires local planning authorities to identify and update annually a supply of specific deliverable sites, sufficient to provide a minimum of five years’ worth of housing.
The 2022 Five Year Housing Land Supply Statement is now available.
This is based on the Local Plan requirement of 330 dwellings per year, a deliverable housing land supply of sites with planning permission at 31st March 2022 and allocated sites capable of delivery in the next five years.
The Five Year Housing Land Supply Statement demonstrates that the Council has a supply of 6.94 years.
